Shipping policy

LOUMA currently ships within Lebanon only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free delivery on orders over $30, while orders under $30 are subject to a $4 delivery fee.

At this time, we do not provide order tracking. If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
